Raw Chocolate Raspberry Bars
(Koh Samui, Thailand)
The original recipe came from Jo. I then made a few changes for my own taste.
- 150 ml coconut oil
- 100 grams cacao powder
- 150 grams ground nuts, whichever ones you like
- 100-150 grams raspberries (if using frozen, defrost first)
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
Put all in the blender2
Pour into a container3
Into the freezer4
Next day, into your stomachOPTIONS
