Detox Day 2 (no more headaches)

This is my first real detox. I always cheated before due to what I believe is carb and caffeine addiction. After 2 days of blended juices... it's not so bad!! Yesterday was hard - terrible headache - woke up at 4 with same headache but by 5:30 (alarm) it was gone!! No headache today!! Yay!!

Often times we will experience some headaches and other symptoms while detoxing but if we stick with it we will feel stronger and healthier than before.
