Healthy Kitchen Tools
(Set Up Your Kitchen)

Obtain healthy kitchen tools, set up your kitchen and making healthy food will become easy, fun and magical.

If your kitchen flows nicely and you have the tools in place to help you, your kitchen will become a haven where you will enjoy playing with your food and creating delicious and nutritious meals/snacks for you and your family.

There are so many options available, what I have done here is to list ONLY the things that we use and love.  I am not doing a comparison to all the other kitchen tools out there.  I am simply sharing with you what we use and what works for us in our kitchen.  These are all things that we have used for years and time and time again we find these tools to be invaluable.

On this page I will list the kitchen tools that we use in our own home.  Click to read more about each item and, where possible, I will give you links to help you locate these things.

Aside from the above healthy kitchen tools and equipment there are many ways to create a beautiful and inviting environment in your kitchen.

  • Fresh Edible Plants:  Have fresh herbs growing in pots in your kitchen.  Not only do they make a great addition to the food you are eating but they also add a wonderful aroma, look and feel to your kitchen.
  • Start Sprouting:  Growing and eating sprouts is the simplest way to start growing your own food.  Sprouts are highly nutritious and having sprouts growing in your kitchen will add a beautiful energy to your home.
  • Big Bowls of Fruits and Vegetables:  Fill big bowls with bright and colorful fruits and vegetables.  It looks great and fills your kitchen with super healthy food.
  • Collect glass jars and bottles:  I collect these wherever I see them; yard sales, recycle shops and I get friends and family to save them for me.  Glass jars and bottles are wonderful for storing your food and drinking water.  There are some very pretty ones out there that really add to the decor in your kitchen.

Having healthy kitchen tools in your home and setting up your kitchen in a beautiful and inviting way is one of the best things you can do to set yourself and your family up for success.
